MY WAY FROM BALLET TO FITNESS
Being a professional ballet dancer I was always surrounded by new techniques to boost my energy and fitness was always the part of my recovery and preparation in my profession.
I have a great foundation in balance, coordination, stabilization, endurance, strength, maintaining posture sculpting your shape and physique.
Sometimes it is hard to stay focused and motivated in today's busy life and this is where I come into the picture.
With my education, dedication, passion, and sparkling personality I will be a great influence and guide on your physical and emotional journey to success.
I am now offering dance classes and one on one and/or group training sessions.
